- MONTHLY UNLIMITED: $159 individual / $259 family (parents and up to 3 children <18). Includes unlimited care for you or your family for one month.
- MONTHLY WELLNESS: $119 individual / $169 couple / +$20 each child under 18. Includes weekly adjustments. Up to 6 visits per month.
- THREE MONTH WELLNESS: $299 individual. Three months of Monthly Wellness care.
- ANNUAL WELLNESS: $1089 individual. Includes weekly adjustments, or more if recommended.
*Membership entitles one (or family) to agreed upon chiropractic care during regular business hours at either Connect Chiropractic location. Memberships can not be shared. Patients choosing the membership options will begin with Monthly Unlimited or Monthly Wellness depending on recommendations. Membership based on a 48-week calendar allowing for personal time away from the office.
